Services

We provide property management, inspection, maintenance coordination, heating system management, and security services as agreed with the client. Service details vary depending on the selected plan (Bronze, Silver, or Gold).

Access to Property

The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property as required to carry out services.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided as a guide and may vary depending on property size, condition, location, and specific requirements. Monthly plans are based on standard property use and condition. All prices are subject to VAT where applicable. Services are invoiced through E.M.E Plumbing & Heating, and all payments are payable to this company under agreed terms.

Business Structure & Liability

Coast & Moor Home Management operates as a trading name and service provider, while E.M.E Plumbing & Heating acts as the billing entity for invoicing and payment collection. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

  • Any contractual agreement for services is deemed to be with E.M.E Plumbing & Heating
  • Liability for works directly carried out by E.M.E Plumbing & Heating is limited to that entity
  • Coast & Moor Home Management shall not be held separately liable for financial transactions or contractual payment disputes

This structure does not affect your statutory rights.

Additional Work

Any work outside the agreed service plan will be quoted separately and must be approved by the client before proceeding.

CCTV & Security Systems

All CCTV and security installations are subject to site survey and quotation. System specifications and costs will be confirmed prior to installation.

Emergency Response

We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly to emergencies; however, response times may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.

Liability

  • Pre-existing issues or faults within the property
  • Unforeseen failures, including plumbing, heating, or electrical systems
  • Damage caused by third parties or extreme weather events

Third-Party Contractors

Where required, we may arrange trusted third-party contractors. While we only work with reputable providers, we are not responsible for the work carried out by third parties.

Cancellations

Services may be cancelled with reasonable notice. Any work already carried out or scheduled may still be chargeable.

Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these terms. Full Terms & Conditions will be provided and agreed upon during onboarding.
